Hastings County and the Town of Bancroft are pleased to advise that the Bancroft warming center will open at its new location on 6 Cleak Street, Bancroft on February 1st, 2024.  The Warming Centre will be open nightly from 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. The new centre was moved and set up for use during the last couple of weeks and is now fully operational. Security staff will be on-site and provide support to anyone seeking shelter. We would like to recognize North Hastings Community Cupboard for providing a breakfast program to the Warming Centre clientele.

The temporary warming center located at the Bancroft Bible Chapel Lobby, 106 Hastings Street North will be closed, now that the new center is available. Hastings County and the Town of Bancroft would like to recognize and thank the Bancroft Bible Chapel for providing this temporary space for those seeking shelter from the cold.
