The following application fees are derived from:
Schedule ‘A’ to By-Law 2010-0010 County of Hastings User Fees

Application for Consent:                                          $ 800.00

Re-circulation fee for applications of subdivision:    $ 500.00

Review of draft deeds/re-stamping:                        $ 75.00

Re-circulation, necessitated by applicant:               $ 200.00

Application fee for amendment to Official Plan:       $ 1000.00

Plans of Subdivision/Condominium:                        $ 3,000.00 - $ 6,000.00

Cost of peer review of planning applications      Costs determined by the consultants and to be assumed by the proponent.
