With some individual exceptions, home prices in the central and southern region of Hastings County have been increasing overall as evident in the chart below. This can be viewed as a sign of a healthy economy. Below are figures provided to us by the Quinte & District Real Estate Board Inc. Information for the northern region of our County has not yet been provided by the Bancroft & District Real Estate Board.
