Hastings County is centrally located in eastern Ontario under two hours driving time from major cities and the U.S. border. We are accessible by the 401 East-West corridor which passes through our County as well as five other provincial highways including the Trans Canada Highway #7. We are also accessible by two local VIA passenger train stations and more than five Greyhound bus stops. By air, the Toronto Pearson International Airport and Ottawa's airport are both less than a 2-hour drive from our County while the Bancroft Airport and the large runway in Tyendinaga Mowhawk Territory near Deseronto can handle smaller aircraft traveling to and from our County.
