Services

Information Technology Services supports the strategic direction and operational needs of the County of Hastings. The Information Technology Department is responsible for the management and support of computer and telecommunications technology for all departments throughout the County of Hastings.

Additionally, Information Technology acts as a centralized liaison between related IT vendors and departmental staff. Ensuring appropriate IT policies and resources are allocated for County IT projects, and identifying emerging technologies that may assist in County operations are additional responsibilities of the Department.

In today's demanding atmosphere where staff and technology come together to make certain that County services are provided in the most efficient means possible, reliance on information technology is tremendous.

With a skilled team of IT professionals, the Information Technology Department is dedicated to ensuring top quality service in its support role to all corporate divisions, and looks forward to the challenges and opportunities that technology will offer in the future.
