Do you wish to start or grow a food business? If yes, there are a couple of workshops coming up that you may be interested in.
On Tuesday, January 20 from 9am to 3pm, plan to attend "Exploring Value Added Opportunities" at the Stirling Public Library - 43 West Front St. in Stirling. The workshop will cover four modules: Generating Ideas; Selecting Your Best Idea; Assessing Your Idea's Business Potential and Next Steps.
The second one is on Tuesday, February 17 from 9am to 3pm, also at the Public Library, and is titled "Market Considerations". This workshop will focus on: Regional Food Processing Demographics; Basics of Food Safety; Basic Market Requirements such as Labelling and Nutrition and Foodland Trends.
